Moscow Mills is a city in Lincoln County, Missouri, United States. The population was 2,509 at the 2010 census. Moscow Mills was laid out in 1821, and named for a watermill of the same name near the original town site.

Moscow Mills is located at 38°56′40″N 90°55′14″W (38.944347, -90.920683). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.14 square miles (8.13 km²), of which, 3.12 square miles (8.08 km²) is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 km²) is water.

As of the census of 2010, there were 2,509 people, 873 households, and 641 families residing in the city. The population density was 804.2 inhabitants per square mile (310.5/km²). There were 979 housing units at an average density of 313.8 per square mile (121.2/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 91.6% White, 3.7% African American, 0.1% Native American, 0.4% Asian, 0.9% from other races, and 3.1% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.0% of the population.
